Join David for a true beginners weekend specifically designed for men.
Friday evening session includes an introduction to the philosophy of Yoga, some group interactive exercises and a physical Yoga practice.
Saturday morning, weather permitting, we will take a hike together. Details and transport arranged once we are together.
Saturday afternoon, an introduction to anatomy and a yoga practice.
Sunday morning, a guided Yoga class as you may expect in any Vinyasa Class at a studio.
