Love Thy Neighbor – Full Length Vinyasa Class
This class is a live video of a Level 1 – 2 Vinyasa Yoga class taught by David Lurey at the Yoga Festival Terschelling. The theme of the Festival was ‘Love’ and David tied the theme of the ‘Golden Rule’ (Do unto others as you do to yourself) to the philosophy of the class while also incorporating some of his current passion of ‘The Yamas of the Cells’ from Deepak Chopra as a way to bring the high level of ethics and values of our cells to the macro level of humanity.
