This is not an actual CD, but the music in digital files for iTunes or any other media player.

This music is recorded with relaxation, simplicity and surrender in mind. There is no percussion on the CD and all the songs are sung by David & Mirjam in a lullaby fashion. There are wonderful tracks here for Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Massage and driving in traffic. Children love the simple melodies and you can find all the words & chords to the music in the Resources section here: Savasana Serenades Playbook
