In this week we will explore 5 organ pairs through the lenses of both, Western and Eastern medicine. Their vital functions in keeping us alive and well functions as well as the symptoms of an imbalance in one of various of them, are the main focus of our investigations and practives.

Bringing elements of Yin & Yang energies to a variety of other powerful practices and wisdom, such as Pranayama, Meditation, Chanting, Philosophy & Physiology, these programs build upon a foundation to offer the appropriate teachings to specific students at the appropriate times.
