Maha Vinyasa Sadhana: Exploring the depths of your practice with awareness, devotion, and compassion
Deepen your practice with a class designed to open you to new areas of strength and flexibility. With the mindfulness of postural integrity, specific alignment, and breath awareness balanced with the spirited nature of a devotional and dynamic movement practice, this class will open body, mind, and spirit. These workshops begin with mantra chanting and then move through a series of postures using in a free form sequence. They include various levels of postures to accommodate all levels of practitioners.

The Natural Link: Incorporating the Natural Elements into your Asana Practice
With Yoga, as in daily life, we are given countless opportunities to engage with our natural environment. In bringing these thoughts to a conscious level, we take the first steps towards harmonizing our resonance with the universal forces and the world we live in physically, mentally, and spiritually. This workshop begins with a guided meditation through our connection to the elements followed by a breathing technique and Vinyasa ‘wave’ of each element and concluding with deep relaxation. We begin by building FIRE, then flowing like WATER, grounding to the EARTH and dissolving into AIR / SPACE.

Mantra in Action: An Asana Journey Through the Chakras and chanting
Beginning at the root… Ganesha / Muladhara… we will journey through the seven main chakras of the body with asanas to stimulate physical awareness and mantra singing. Along the way, we connect to the God / Goddess energies that support our evolution and each Chakra. This is an all levels class that includes standing and seated postures and singing.

Effort & Surrender: The Divine Dance of Shiva and Shakti
As the Moon and Sun dance with each other across the sky, there is balance. As the uncontrolled waves of the sea reach the stable shore, there is mutual support. As our human lives alternate between giving and receiving, we experience these important energies in a complementary way. Flowing with effort and power… surrendering with trust and openness. We will explore these two dynamic forces during an all levels class that will include elements of Vinyasa Yoga as well as Yin Yoga.
